I’ve binged it so for all I know this one came out years ago, but my favorite episode of Choiceology (perhaps the rest are tied for second?) is the one on operating with scarcity. When I first listened, it served as a tool to help me empathize with my partner. Roles have since reversed and now it functions to help me be gentle on myself. Both have saved me in different ways. It was a sad day when I caught up on your backlog and had to start listening as they came out!Can’t adequately express how much I love and value your work.
